Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information EZRE Commercial ("we", "us") collects through ezrecommercial.com and through the EZRE Commercial Personal Assistant, a private productivity app, and how that information is used. EZRE Commercial is a team of LIR Luxury & Commercial Development Group at Lifestyle International Realty, Inc., a licensed Florida real estate brokerage.
This website
- Forms. If you use the contact form or the client feedback form, we receive what you type in (for example your name, email, phone number and message). Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify. We use them only to reply to you and to serve you as a client.
- No tracking. The site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them.
The Personal Assistant app
The EZRE Commercial Personal Assistant is an internal tool used only by Edward Gonzalez to manage his own work. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it. With his permission, it connects to his own accounts:
- Google: Gmail (read messages and create drafts), Google Drive (read and write his notes and files), Google Calendar (read and add events) and Google Contacts (read).
- Microsoft 365: Outlook mail (read, create drafts, and organize: move, flag, archive and delete messages; manage folders and inbox rules), calendar (read, add, edit and delete events) and contacts (read, add, edit and delete).
- Messages and contacts (iMessage/SMS): through Edward's own Mac, read his text conversations and his address book, and send texts from his number. Every text is shown to Edward and sent only after he approves it.
- Square: read-only access to Edward's invoices and their payment status. The app cannot create, send, charge or refund anything in Square.
The app cannot send email. It only saves drafts, which Edward reviews and sends himself. Inbox rules it creates cannot forward or redirect email. It does not invite guests to calendar events, and it asks Edward to approve every deletion and any change that would notify other people.
Information from these accounts is used only to answer Edward's requests, such as summarizing email, drafting replies, managing his schedule and keeping his notes. To do that, the relevant text is sent to third-party AI model providers through OpenRouter. Some of these providers may log the text they receive or use it to improve their models, under their own terms. Notes the app keeps are stored in Edward's own Google Drive. The app runs on Vercel.
We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers named above as needed to run the app.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions and, for Microsoft, from My Apps. Stored notes can be deleted from Google Drive.
Security and retention
Account access keys are kept in encrypted hosting settings or private app storage and are never shown in the app. We keep form submissions and notes only as long as they are useful for serving clients or as required by Florida real estate record-keeping rules.
